    Who should attend?
    This course is designed for Engineers, Management Representatives, TS 16949 Implementation Teams, Internal Auditors and others who are involved in the implementation or auditing of Disciplined Problem Solving.  To gain the most benefit from this course & workshop, it is recommended delegates bring along some of their own data / problems / information / questions.  

    What are the objectives?
    Delegates will understand the key steps involved in the Process and the tools to be used at each step. They will gain experience of progressing through the first key Steps on actual problems.

    Topics covered

    • Determine the Problem; Establish what problem(s)
    • Use Team Approach:- Small group with  knowledge.
    • Describe the problem:- Identify in quantifiable terms.
    • Containment Action:- Define, implement & verify actions.
    • Root Causes(s):- Identify all potential causes.
    • Corrective Actions:- Identify and verify alternative actions.
    • Permanent Corrective Action:- Define and implement the best permanent actions.
    • Prevent Recurrence:- Modify the management systems.
    • Congratulate the team:- recognise their efforts.
