Who should attend? This course is designed for Engineers, Management Representatives, TS 16949 Implementation Teams, Internal Auditors and others who are involved in the implementation or auditing of Disciplined Problem Solving. To gain the most benefit from this course & workshop, it is recommended delegates bring along some of their own data / problems / information / questions.
What are the objectives? Delegates will understand the key steps involved in the Process and the tools to be used at each step. They will gain experience of progressing through the first key Steps on actual problems.

- Prevent Recurrence:- Modify the management systems.
- Congratulate the team:- recognise their efforts.
